There are a lot of possible answers to that question. Here are the most common ones…

गर्मी है ।

garmī hai ।

It’s warm.

बहुत ठंडा है ।

bahuta ṭhaṃḍā hai ।

It’s cold.

आच्छा है ।

ācchā hai ।

It’s nice.

बादल है ।

bādala hai ।

It’s cloudy.

साफ़ है ।

sāpha़ hai ।

It’s clear.

धूप है।

dhūpa hai।

It’s sunny.

बहुत गर्मी है ।

bahuta garmī hai ।

It’s really hot.

तूफ़ानी है ।

tūpha़ānī hai ।

It’s stormy.

हवा है ।

You can use the word "bahut", very, for all of the above phrases to emphasize that it’s not just cold or warm, but very cold or very warm. For example:

बहुत सर्दी है ।
