Perhaps you’re booking into a hotel, or going for an interview. You’ll probably be asked some basic personal questions in Chinese like “what is your nationality?” “what is your telephone number?” or “what is your date of birth?” Lets take a look at this lesson on asking questions in Chinese.

Digging a little deeper into one of the common interrogative words, this lesson shows you plenty of examples of how to use "When?" in Chinese. For example, it could be very handy to know the Chinese phrase for "When does the flight leave?"! Check out this lesson on when in Chinese.

In our final lesson on Chinese questions we cover the all important interrogative word, "Where?" in Chinese. This is particularly important when asking for directions, and we cover a couple of other ways to ask the same thing in a different way.
